The primary responsibility of this role is to perform drug and alcohol testing on donors.

Pay Rate: $21/hour
Regular Office Hours:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST
Flexibility and overtime may be required based on client needs
On-call responsibilities:
One weekday per week
Weekend rotation approximately once per month
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week with benefits
Operates a company-provided vehicle to visit client sites and perform drug and alcohol collections
Conducts collections in accordance with DOT guidelines, including:
Urine collections (may include direct observation)
Oral swab collections
Breath alcohol testing
Hair sample collections following Psychemedics protocols
Completes and maintains accurate documentation of all collections
Performs other related duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to obtain the following certifications within two (2) weeks of employment:
DOT Urine Specimen Collector certification
DOT Evidential Breath Testing (EBT) certification
Experience driving a box truck (up to 23 feet in length)
(Training will be provided if needed)
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
Must be able to:
Talk, listen, walk, sit, and stand for extended periods
Use hands to operate tools or controls
Reach, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 pounds
Sit and drive a commercial vehicle for extended periods
